Kanibek Ismailovich Isakov was born on July 30, 1977, in the city of Manas.
He received his education at the Osh Technological University, specializing in "Roads and Airfields."
His work biography includes the following stages:
- From 1996 to 2002, he served in the military in the GUIN of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
- In 2005-2006, he worked in the internal affairs bodies;
- From 2015 to 2017, he held the position of chief mechanic at LLC "Aloka Distribyun";
- In 2018-2021, he was the chief engineer in the housing and communal services sector;
- In 2021, he became the deputy director of LLC "Nazar Stroy";
- From 2021 to 2023, he headed the construction department of the city roads department of Jalal-Abad;
- Since 2023, he has worked as the chief engineer of the city roads department of the Manas mayor's office;
- Finally, from March 26, 2026, he will become the head of the roads department of the Manas mayor's office.
Previously, this position was held by Zattarbek Boronbaev, who resigned at his own request.
