Kyrgyzstan entered the top three largest importers of Russian beer in 2025

In 2025, the export of Russian beer increased by 19% in monetary terms compared to the previous year, amounting to 103 million dollars, as reported by RIA Novosti, citing data from the federal center "Agroexport."

According to preliminary data, Russia exported over 190 thousand tons of malt beer this year, which also indicates a 19% increase in the volume of supplies compared to 2024.

The main importing countries of Russian beer became Belarus and Kazakhstan, accounting for 30% and 28% respectively. The top three also included China with 10%, Kyrgyzstan with 8%, and Tajikistan with 3% of the total import volume.

Additionally, there is a growth in the export of non-alcoholic beer: in 2025, the volume amounted to about 13 thousand tons, which is equivalent to nearly 8 million dollars, increasing by 17% in weight and 23% in value. The main importers of this product are Belarus, Kazakhstan, Iran, the UAE, and Uzbekistan.
