In Bishkek, in the southern neighborhoods, the supply of drinking water has been temporarily suspended. This is due to damage to the water pipeline caused by a private company in the 5th microdistrict. As a result, the lack of water has affected microdistricts No. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, as well as the areas "Yug-7" and "Youth Quarter." There is a shortage of water in the private sector below the 3rd and 4th microdistricts, as well as on Abay and Maldybaev streets (above Akhunbaev street). Additionally, the issue has impacted the Oncology Center and the Republican Center for Psychiatry and Narcology. This information is provided by the city administration.

In the 10th microdistrict, residents report low water pressure. Currently, specialists from the municipal enterprise "Bishkekvodokanal" are working to eliminate the consequences of the accident.
