This incident was recorded in accordance with Article 128, Part 1 ("Inducement to Suicide") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The suspect turned out to be a serviceman named M.M., born in 2006, who was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Manas city police department.
“An investigation is currently underway, during which all necessary examinations have been appointed. In addition, a legal assessment of the actions of officials from the Department of Security and Execution of Punishments of the State Penitentiary Service will be provided. Work is also ongoing to identify other possible accomplices to the crime,” the Military Prosecutor's Office reported.
