The area of the returned plot is 2,700 square meters and is an important part of the stadium. This plot was illegally transferred to private hands with a change in its original purpose, which violates current legislation.
After completing the necessary procedures, the plot with buildings was returned to the state and transferred to the balance of the city administration of Osh.
The SCNS also reminded that in accordance with the presidential decree dated February 16, 1995, No. 37, concerning urgent measures to ensure the use of social infrastructure facilities, such facilities cannot be sold by state and private enterprises, regardless of their share in the authorized capital, if they are on the balance sheet or were transferred free of charge during privatization with the preservation of usage conditions.
