It became known that on September 30, 2025, an unknown individual, while near the "RIOM" car market in the village of Voenno-Antonovka, offered an entrepreneur to transport 65 horses from Kazakhstan through the "Ak-Zhol" checkpoint. As a result of this scam, he gained control of 2 million tenge and livestock valued at 7 million 20 thousand soms. After this, the fraudster fled the scene.

The victim only reported to the police on November 21, and the total damage was estimated at 7 million 330 thousand 400 soms.
A criminal case has been initiated against the suspect under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, law enforcement officers were able to identify and detain the man suspected of this crime. He is currently in a temporary detention facility.
Investigative actions are ongoing, and law enforcement agencies are trying to uncover additional details of the case.
