According to reports, the incident occurred on January 20, 2026, when a local resident contacted law enforcement with a complaint about the aggressive behavior of the driver, who was acting extremely inappropriately on the street.
For further investigation, the man was taken to the station, after which the case materials were transferred to the public safety service.
Documents were drawn up against the detainee in accordance with Article 126 of the KR Code on Offenses, concerning petty hooliganism, and he was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Sverdlovsk Department of Internal Affairs.
