Based on this incident, the investigative department initiated a criminal case under Article 206 "Robbery" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of the investigation and operational-search activities, a suspect was identified, born in 1989, named M. F. He was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the arrest, one of the stolen iPhone 15 Pro Max phones was found in the possession of the suspect, which is now considered material evidence.
Furthermore, it was established that the second phone was sold for 18,000 soms to K., an employee of one of the shopping centers in the capital. He was also taken to the Lenin police station for further investigation.
