In his statement, he reported that on September 30 of the current year, a certain man named M., while at the "Riom" car market in the village of Voenno-Antonovka, deceitfully took possession of 2 million tenge and 65 horses, the value of which amounts to 7 million 20 thousand soms. The man introduced himself as an expert in transporting animals from Kazakhstan to Kyrgyzstan through the "Ak-Zhol" checkpoint and disappeared after committing the crime.
As a result of the fraudulent actions, A. Zh. suffered significant material damage amounting to 7,330,400 soms.
Based on this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, the suspect was identified as K. M., born in 1984. He was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation is ongoing.
