According to Mamasydikov, since December 11, 2025, his father and brother have been in custody at the pre-trial detention center No. 1 in Bishkek. He emphasizes that the criminal case against them was initiated by police officers from the capital, and he considers it baseless.
Mamasydikov stated that he received offers to pay money for a "favorable resolution" of the case. "My ayash-ata informed me that the lawyer said that $60,000 was needed to close the case. I replied that such an amount is unaffordable for us. Subsequently, representatives of law enforcement reduced the amount to $30,000, and the money was supposed to be transferred before the New Year," he explained.
After this, Mamasydikov discussed the situation with his sister, and she advised him to contact the State Committee for National Security (SCNS). He also noted that he managed to gather $20,000 and submitted an application. Later, he claimed, the lawyer and police officers were detained.
In connection with the ongoing situation, Mamasydikov and his lawyer Aibek Omurov appealed to the authorities to take control of the situation.
