An incident occurred in the Aylai district when a man was fined for washing a mat in a mountain river using paint for advertising purposes. According to the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Osh regional office of the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service initiated an inspection after a video of the event surfaced on social media, showing the man pouring paint on the mat and washing it in the river. This action caused significant public outcry.

During the investigation, it was revealed that the video was filmed by a citizen B.u.B. for the purpose of advertising carpet products in the high-altitude pasture of Sary-Oy in the Aylai district.
