An earthquake occurred in China, tremors were felt in Issyk-Kul

On February 16 at 13:14, an earthquake occurred in China, recorded at a magnitude of 4.5 at the epicenter.

According to information from the Institute of Seismology of the National Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan, the epicenter was located 34 km south of the village of Bedel, 45 km south of the village of Ishtyk, and 142 km from Karakol.

The intensity of the tremors in Kyrgyzstan was as follows:

in the village of Bedel — about 3 points;
in the village of Ishtyk — about 3 points.

Currently, there are no reports of casualties or damage.
