The press service of the First May District Police Department reported the detention of a suspect in fraud related to car sales.
A citizen identified as R.E. filed a complaint with the police, expressing concern about the actions of a citizen identified as B.N. This individual, under the pretext of selling cars, took possession of vehicles including KIA Sportage, BMW X7, and Lexus LX 570, after which he disappeared with the money.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The identity of the suspect was established; he turned out to be B.N., born in 1984. As a result, he was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Later, the court of the First May District chose a preventive measure for him in the form of arrest for two months in SIZO-1.
Currently, there is information about additional fraud cases related to this suspect.
