The General Director of OJSC "Orgtekhstroy", who was on international wanted list, has been detained by the officers of the State National Security Committee (GKNB) of Kyrgyzstan. This information was provided by the agency itself.
According to preliminary data, the detainee, a citizen I.K.M., born in 1968, has become a suspect in a criminal case of large-scale fraud. He is one of the main shareholders and the actual owner of the company, which misled investors.
Knowing about the financial difficulties, the suspect attracted funds, promising collateral in the form of company assets that had actually already been sold to third parties. The agency emphasizes that such a "double sale" scheme led to significant financial losses for citizens.
Complaints from the victims became the basis for initiating a criminal case. Previously, I.K.M. had been declared internationally wanted.
At the moment, he has been placed in the GKNB detention center.
The GKNB continues to analyze and identify other possible episodes of criminal activity, as well as individuals involved in them.
