As reported by the press service of the Bishkek Patrol Police Department, a video has recently come to light that captures a violation of traffic rules.
According to the information from the department, the incident occurred on March 15 of this year, when a driver decided to drive on the sidewalk on Chyngyz Aitmatov Avenue.
After analyzing and verifying the video, the staff of the Patrol Police Department were able to identify the offender. As a result, a report on the violation was drawn up in accordance with current legislation.
