According to information posted on the government procurement portal, a budget of 3.6 million soms is planned for these purposes.
The technical assignment covers the following aspects of the refinement:
- software for weight and dimension control (WDC) posts;
- integration with existing scales;
- logical module for cameras that recognize license plates;
- barrier management;
- laser system for determining dimensions;
- integration with the ERP system of the State Enterprise "Kyzmat";
- development of a user interface for inspectors.
These refinements will be implemented at both existing WDC posts and new ones that will be put into operation.
The aim of these changes is to fully automate the control of vehicles, eliminate the need for manual data duplication by inspectors, and improve the accuracy of measurements of dimensions, weight, and axle distances.
Proposals from suppliers are accepted until January 21, 2026.
