There is a possibility of fog formation in some areas. The western wind will blow at a speed of 4–9 meters per second.
Temperature conditions:
in Chui region — from 2 to 7° Celsius,
in Talas region — from 0 to 5° Celsius,
in the valleys of Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken regions — from 3 to 8° Celsius,
in Issyk-Kul region — from 1 to 6° Celsius,
in Naryn region — from –7 to –12° Celsius.
In Bishkek, the temperature will be 4–6°,
in Osh — 6–8°.
