Currently, the process of demolishing the "Kekeev" cafe, which was located directly in the riverbed of the Alamedin River, is underway. As a result, a plot of municipal land measuring 2,380 square meters has been freed. The Land Use Control Department issued a corresponding letter of claim, after which the owners began voluntary dismantling.

The city commission also decided to terminate the lease agreement with the owners of this facility.
According to the city administration, in 2025, 380 structures were demolished in the water protection zones of the city, including 48 capital constructions and 332 light structures.
