For example, dismissal can occur for serious violations, such as running a red light, which is considered a gross violation of traffic rules, Omurzakov added.
He also emphasized that regular meetings and explanatory activities are held with the drivers; however, there are still dishonest employees among them.
“We have no other means of influence besides dismissal. We cannot apply stricter measures. We take all possible administrative actions, including dismissal. To monitor compliance with traffic rules by bus drivers, we conduct raids on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at the busiest stops. In 2025, about 150 such checks were carried out,” the chief engineer reported.
