The minister spoke about the high salaries of employees
In the Kyrgyz Ministry of Construction, salaries can reach up to 500,000 soms. This was reported by the head of the department, Nurdana Oruntaev, commenting on the information about the average salary of 150,000 soms for ministry employees.
In an interview with NTRK, it became known that the average salary of employees in the Ministry of Construction is about 150,000-160,000 soms per month. However, taking into account bonuses, quarterly payments, and various incentives, the total income can reach 200,000 soms, and in some departments, even 500,000 soms.
"All our departments operate on a self-financing principle. The average salary in our ministry is 150,000 soms, but in certain divisions, income can reach 500,000 soms," the minister noted.
He also added: "Earnings depend on the level of work of each employee. We have specialists in narrow fields who are actively seeking employment. Mainly, these are architects, builders, designers, and engineers, whose qualifications are highly valued in the labor market. These professionals are responsible for checking documents and projects for the construction of complex engineering facilities and multi-story buildings. This is why such salaries are formed," the minister wrote on his Facebook page.
