Minister Nurdana Oruntaev commented on the salary levels in his department, noting that they are determined by the principle of self-sufficiency. According to him, the average salary of ministry employees is approximately 150,000 soms, but in some divisions it can reach up to 500,000 soms. In his social media, he emphasized: "You earn what you work for."
The minister also noted that the Ministry of Construction employs highly qualified specialists who are in demand in the labor market. These include architects, builders, designers, and engineers who are involved in the expertise of project documentation and oversee the construction process of apartment buildings and other facilities. They are responsible for adhering to established standards, which, according to Nurdana Oruntaev, justifies their salary level.
