The Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of Kyrgyzstan, Nurdin Oruntaev, gathered his subordinates from the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control and its regional offices. This meeting was related to the results of raids conducted on January 17 and 18, during which the work of inspectors was evaluated.

As a result of the inspection, two inspectors were dismissed for improper performance of their duties.

Oruntaev emphasized the need to strengthen control over construction projects to avoid violations of legislation. He also highlighted the importance of adhering to all norms and rules related to design and construction, as well as the accuracy of all necessary documentation, including permits and title documents.

Additionally, the Ministry of Construction reported that Oruntaev personally inspected several construction sites in Bishkek and called on inspectors across the country to intensify raid activities. Control checks will continue, including on weekends.
