During the inspection of the residential complex located at: Ankara Street, 3a, owned by LLC "Aalam Stroy," violations related to construction norms and safety regulations were discovered. Problems were identified in more than ten blocks of the building.
It was also revealed that the company used private laboratories to monitor the construction stages. Additionally, some blocks were illegally transferred for use by co-owners.
As a result of the inspection, protocols were drawn up against LLC "Aalam Stroy," and fines were imposed on the company for each violation. The total amount of fines amounted to 3 million soms.
The Ministry decided to suspend construction work at the site. The issue of the company's license will be discussed at the upcoming meeting of the commission.
Furthermore, the minister instructed to conduct a quality inspection of the construction with the involvement of the Republican Center for Certification in Construction, and based on the results, further steps will be taken.
Following the inspection, Nurdana Oruntaev emphasized that strict measures would be applied to the responsible employees of the institutions subordinate to the ministry.
