The situation surrounding the company "Kut," which is engaged in the construction of the residential complex "Altai" on the outskirts of Bishkek, is causing concern among Kyrgyz citizens. A resident of the capital reported on "Birinchi Radio" about the emergence of conflicting information on social media, where some bloggers claim that the company lacks sufficient permits.

Nurdan Oruntaev, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services, explained that according to the legislation, construction companies must complete a full set of documents before starting work.

“The company 'Kut' is a private organization. According to the law, all construction companies must prepare the necessary documentation, and only after its approval do they receive permission to start work,” the minister noted.

Oruntaev also added that clients can access the project documentation using a QR code that the company is supposed to provide.

The "Altai" project is being implemented on an area of 234 hectares, where 1,551 five-story buildings are planned to be constructed. A total of 34,004 apartments of various layouts are planned, and the total construction area will exceed 1 million 7 thousand square meters. The construction company "Kut" has offered buyers apartments with no down payment and in installments, and according to the managers, all 34 thousand apartments were sold out within a few days. On November 20, President Sadyr Japarov laid a capsule at the foundation of this complex.
