The Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services, Nurdana Oruntaev, stated on the air of the program "Elden Sobol" that the housing renovation project for the country has already been completed and is now awaiting discussion by the new composition of the Jogorku Kenesh.
He noted that there are houses in the republic built during the 1960s and 1970s, whose service life has already expired.
“Renovation is necessary. The renovation project is ready, and we are counting on its consideration by the new composition of parliament. The main focus of the project is on the rights and desires of citizens, as well as the protection of investors' interests,” the minister added.
According to Oruntaev, the implementation of this project will gradually replace outdated buildings with modern and safe ones, improving the living conditions of the population and opening new opportunities for real estate investment.
