In Kyrgyzstan, there is now the possibility of constructing buildings with heights ranging from 50 to 55 stories. This became known from the program "Elden Sobol" on the "Kabar" agency channel, where the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services Talant Imanakun uulu shared new data.
Previously, construction companies were limited to a maximum of 27 stories due to fears of taking on the risks associated with building high-rise structures. However, the situation has changed.
According to the deputy minister, "the arrival of President Sadyr Japarov, who demonstrated effective management, has contributed to significant progress in the construction sector. Just the other day, we began construction of a 40-story residential complex. All necessary studies on seismic resistance and other criteria have been completed, and the results were positive," he noted.
Imanakun uulu also added that experts and architects conducted an analysis confirming that it is possible to build structures taller than 40 stories in the conditions of Kyrgyzstan. "We can even construct 50-story buildings and higher. This is an important step forward for the construction sector," he concluded.
