As part of its program, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services plans to put 250 social facilities into operation across the country by the end of this year. Deputy Minister Talant Imanakun uulu shared this information during the broadcast of the program "Elden Sobol" on the Kabar agency. According to him, work is currently underway on 651 facilities. Of this number, construction is being carried out on 422 facilities, while the others are at the design stage. This year, 14.5 billion soms have been allocated for construction needs, which is 2 billion soms more than last year. "This indicates economic growth and the activation of construction processes in the country aimed at improving the living conditions of citizens," he noted.
Imanakun uulu also added that 100 social facilities were put into operation on Independence Day. To date, the construction of another 207 facilities has been completed. "By the end of the year, we intend to complete work and put into operation about 250 facilities, including 110 schools, 33 kindergartens, 12 health institutions, 14 sports facilities, 10 cultural institutions, and 28 facilities of various purposes," he concluded.
