Local residents express dissatisfaction that the kindergarten is being put into operation even though its construction is not yet complete.
“There are no toilets or a boiler room. The kitchen is not finished, and there is no space for storing food. They say all of this will be done after the opening. It’s very cramped inside. How will we manage if an earthquake occurs? Outside, it may look nice, but inside the situation is sad,” residents share their concerns.
The head of the Dostuk rural administration, Mamyrzhan Kadirov, noted that the new kindergarten will accommodate 30 children.
“Until now, there has been no kindergarten in our village. This is the first kindergarten with 30 places that we are opening. Today it is being put into operation, and all necessary conditions will be provided,” assures M. Kadirov.
