Since the beginning of this year, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services has imposed fines totaling 112 million 785 thousand soms on construction companies for violating existing regulations. Deputy Minister Talant Imanakun uulu shared this information during the "Elden Sobol" program organized by the "Kabar" agency.

According to him, since the beginning of the year, 2062 administrative protocols have been registered in the country, most of which pertain to violations in Bishkek. Thus, the total amount of imposed fines has reached 112 million 785 thousand soms. "This is a positive trend. Last year, the total amount of fines was at the level of 80 million soms. This indicates that previously inspections of construction sites were conducted only based on citizen complaints. Now we are monitoring all sites. Fines are imposed even for minor violations, such as workers not wearing helmets or improper crane placement. Violations range from non-compliance with safety rules to illegal seizure of land plots. We also insist that specialists with the appropriate education work at construction sites. This requires significant effort. Today, the requirements for construction companies have become stricter," noted Talant Imanakun uulu.
