The Accounts Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic identified violations in State Property based on the audit results for 2024

During the audit, it was revealed that the amount of violations not corresponding to established norms and financial standards amounted to 948.4 million soms. Of this amount, 32.2 million soms were classified as financial violations, and about 2 million soms were recovered during the audit process. Additionally, a dividend debt exceeding 37.4 million soms was discovered, of which 27.3 million soms were accrued as fines. Significant violations also pertain to the rental of state property, totaling 33.9 million soms, with 28.7 million soms not collected in the budget. Materials related to rental relations were sent to the Prosecutor General's Office and the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic for legal assessment.
The Accounts Chamber emphasized the importance of promptly implementing the decision made in 2023 regarding the modernization of the material and technical base of state enterprises. According to this decision, from 2022 to 2025, state enterprises have the right to allocate 50% of their net profit for improving their technical capabilities.
The results of the conducted audit highlight the need to enhance the level of transparency and accountability in the management of state assets, ensure the collection of debts related to rent and dividends, as well as improve the reporting and efficiency of state enterprises.
