As a result of an audit conducted by the Accounts Chamber of Kyrgyzstan, numerous violations of financial discipline were discovered in the State Agency for Management of State Property for the year 2024, totaling 948.4 million soms. Materials related to these violations have been sent to the General Prosecutor's Office and the State Committee for National Security for further legal assessment.
According to the report, out of the mentioned amount, 32.2 million soms are attributed to financial violations, of which about 2 million soms were recovered during the audit process. A debt on dividends was also identified, amounting to 37.4 million soms, including penalties of 27.3 million soms.
During the audit, significant violations in the area of leasing state property were recorded, with total damage amounting to 33.9 million soms. Additionally, 28.7 million soms were not collected from the budget. Issues related to leasing relations have also been forwarded to the relevant authorities.
The Accounts Chamber noted the necessity to strictly adhere to the decision made in 2023, which allows state enterprises to allocate 50% of their net profit for the modernization of their material and technical base from 2022 to 2025.
As a result of the audit, an important aspect was emphasized: it is essential to enhance transparency and accountability in public administration, improve the efficiency of state enterprises, and ensure the collection of debts both for leases and dividends.
