One of the sites under his attention was the central stadium in the village of Kochkor, located at: 40 Years of Victory Street, 1/2, where a large-scale reconstruction is currently underway.
The minister noted the insufficient number of workers, which has led to delays in the construction schedule. As a result, a warning was issued to the contracting organization. Oruntaev also insisted on the need to increase the number of workers and accelerate the pace of work over the next week, as reported in the ministry's press release.
According to the project, the new stadium will accommodate more than 4,000 spectators. It will include a football field with running tracks, stands, a VIP area, and all necessary facilities for players and coaches. Amenities for spectators and parking are also planned. The total area of the sports complex will be 2,456.93 square meters.
The stadium was built in 1980 and has never undergone reconstruction. The renovation of this facility is aimed at creating a modern sports infrastructure that meets national standards. After the completion of the work, the stadium will become an important center for hosting competitions at both the district and republican levels.
