The project is commissioned by the Batken Regional Department of Capital Construction, which belongs to the Department of Housing and Civil Construction under the State Agency for Construction and Regional Development.
The procurement will be conducted in the format of an unrestricted, two-package method.
The total amount allocated for the implementation of the project is 349,977,947 soms.

Kyzyl-Kiya is a city located in the Batken region of Kyrgyzstan and is one of the seven cities in the region. Its name translates from Kyrgyz as "Red Path" or "Red Road".
The city was founded in 1898 and received city status in 1938. The name is related to the characteristic color of the surrounding mountains. During the Soviet era, Kyzyl-Kiya was known as a mining city.
It is situated at an altitude of 1,058 meters above sea level in the northeastern part of the Batken region.
According to the National Statistical Committee, as of 2022, the population of Kyzyl-Kiya is 59,298 people, of which 29,228 are men and 30,070 are women.
