The construction and repair work is being carried out by the state enterprise "Kyrgyzkurulush".
“This initiative is being implemented in accordance with the instructions of President Sadyr Japarov and is being monitored by the Chairman of the State National Security Committee, Kamchybek Tashiev. The goal of the reconstruction is to create a modern sports facility that meets national standards. The updated stadium will become a key venue for both district and republican competitions, as well as contribute to the development of sports among the youth,” the release states.
It is worth noting that the stadium was built in 1980 and has not undergone major repairs since then.
