According to him, in 2023, about 200 facilities were identified as built without proper permits, while in 2025, no illegal construction was initiated.
Oruntaev noted: "Previously, illegal structures were often overlooked, but this is no longer allowed. Construction without the necessary documents and project documentation is prohibited. We are already identifying such cases at the excavation stage, issuing fines and orders, which leads to the cessation of construction."
According to the minister, since the beginning of the year, approximately 3,000 violation reports have been compiled, resulting in fines totaling 120 million soms. Of this amount, nearly 96 million soms from fines have been transferred to the state budget, including various violations at legal facilities.
