According to reports, during inspections, more than 650 facilities were checked, including various enterprises and private homes. The total amount of fines for waste burning amounted to 2,903,500 soms, in accordance with part 3 of Article 115 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on Offenses.
The breakdown of fines by districts is as follows:
* Leninsky District — 74 protocols totaling 772,000 soms;
* Oktyabrsky District — 36 protocols totaling 456,000 soms;
* Sverdlovsky District — 95 protocols totaling 852,000 soms;
* Pervomaysky District — 85 protocols totaling 823,500 soms.
The municipal inspection reminds that burning solid household waste, dry grass, and other types of garbage is unacceptable. For such violations, fines are set at 7,500 soms for individuals and 23,000 soms for legal entities.
