In response to the emerging problems, the inspection conducts regular checks in baths, saunas, enterprises, and private homes. The main goal of the raids is to identify instances of burning waste from the garment industry, automotive oils, paints and varnishes, plastics, rubber, and other toxic substances.
Since the beginning of 2025, the inspection has conducted 148 raids, during which 231 violations of environmental norms were identified. Fines totaling 2,383,500 soms have been imposed on the offenders.
The inspection urges residents of the capital to adhere to environmental rules:
• refrain from using waste oils, garbage, and other toxic substances for heating;
• do not burn leaves, grass, and household waste;
• whenever possible, use more environmentally friendly types of fuel, including gas.

In the case of burning garbage and other prohibited materials, administrative liability is provided in accordance with Article 115, Part 3 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
