The launch of the new plant is a significant step within the framework of the development program for the "Yoshlik I" deposit and aims to increase the production capacities of AGMK.
The plant has an annual production capacity of 90,000 tons of emulsion explosives.
The production process is focused on using local resources, which contributes to enhancing the economic sustainability of the enterprise.
Environmental aspects also play an important role in the new production. The plant is equipped with treatment facilities that allow for the processing of up to 25 cubic meters of technical water per day, helping to minimize the consumption of water resources.
To improve energy efficiency, a solar power plant has been built as part of the project to meet the needs of the administrative and domestic building. Emission control and waste disposal systems have also been implemented in accordance with international standards.
Modern digital technologies are actively used in the production process: automated monitoring systems ensure control of key stages without the need for operator intervention, enhancing the safety and reliability of the equipment.
The construction of the new plant was carried out by AGMK with the support of the "Olmalikmetallurgkurilish" trust and other divisions of the enterprise. The total cost of the project amounted to 81 billion soums, resulting in the creation of 68 new jobs.
It is worth noting that the first emulsion explosives manufacturing plant was launched by AGMK in 1997, and the new facility has become the second in this field, symbolizing technological renewal in the industry.
