According to Murzashev, within the framework of monitoring compliance with hygiene standards, 1,655 protocols on violations were drawn up, and the same number of decisions on imposing fines were issued. In addition, the operations of 166 food establishments were suspended.
Mahamat Murzashev also reported that the fast food outlet "Ali Burger," located on Suerkulov Street (Orto-Sai Market), was closed the day before due to a lack of water supply.
