As a result of the audit for 2023, violations totaling 32 million 607.2 thousand soms were identified, including the following cases:
- In the Lenin district, underfunding of nutrition standards from a special account (formed from parents' donations) was discovered, amounting to 2 million 239.1 thousand soms;
- In the Sverdlov district, an overspending of the budget by 29 million 837.5 thousand soms was recorded without proper analysis in section 2218 "Food Products";
- In kindergarten No. 142 of the Oktyabrsky district, there was an excess of nutrition standards by 530.6 thousand soms compared to the established requirements reflected in the menu and material reports.
The report recommended sending the obtained data to the General Prosecutor's Office for a legal assessment regarding the excessive spending on nutrition in kindergarten No. 142 of the Oktyabrsky district.
