It is worth noting that residents of the 10th microdistrict have repeatedly filed complaints about violations related to the construction of the four-story shopping center. Despite these complaints, work continued in violation of regulations.
The ministry emphasizes the importance of strict adherence to the norms established by the Law "On Urban Development and Architecture," as well as safety standards during construction.
