However, on December 11, the company "Glav Tech Invest" was again held administratively liable for ignoring the previously issued order and continuing construction work with violations. As a result, a new protocol was drawn up, and the company was fined again, leading to the suspension of its license.
The Ministry of Construction reminds all construction organizations of the necessity to strictly comply with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Urban Planning and Architecture," as well as the technical standards related to safety at construction sites. In case of violations, appropriate measures will be taken.
