During inspections, more than 541 private medical organizations were examined. Of these, 246, which accounts for 45.5%, operated without a valid license. Among the 295 institutions that have a license, 110 were found to have violated licensing requirements. These violations include providing medical services in areas not included in the license, lack of certificates for employees, absence of relevant education, as well as employing individuals without medical education. Additionally, cases of non-compliance with sanitary standards, insufficient sterilization of instruments, and improper storage of unregistered medicines and medical products were recorded.
Administrative measures were taken for all identified violations. The total amount of fines exceeded 20 million 740 thousand soms. The activities of 263 medical institutions have been suspended, and materials regarding 246 cases of illegal medical activity have been forwarded to law enforcement agencies for further investigation.
The Ministry of Health emphasizes that citizens' visits to unlicensed medical institutions can pose a serious threat to their health and life. Providing services by specialists without the necessary education and permits can lead to severe complications, improper execution of medical procedures, and other health issues.
