In one of the private clinics in the capital, medical products and equipment were found without the necessary documentation. It was established that this institution operated without tax registration and a license, which is a violation of the law.
Additionally, at the warehouse of individual entrepreneur B.A.M., who was conducting pharmaceutical activities without a license, unregistered drugs were found that were not listed in the Register of Medical Devices of Kyrgyzstan. During the inspection, relabeled tags were discovered: on the original labeling of "medical devices," labels with the inscription "cosmetic products" had been affixed.
As a result of the conducted raids, the staff of the State Tax Service and the Ministry of Health compiled reports and recorded the seizure of products worth 5.2 million soms.
