Additionally, he mentioned the ongoing investigation into the licensing and development of deposits, during which the general director was detained.
Tashiev also pointed out that there are similar problems in Talas, where the value of the subsoil exceeds $10 billion, and reiterated that the state has no share in these resources. "Atambaev issued licenses, and they take pride in paying taxes. But even doctors pay taxes," he added.
In conclusion, he reported that in 2025 the state annulled 200 licenses and imposed fines of $100 million for environmental violations.
Tashiev emphasized that land destruction is unacceptable. "Even if the deposits are not developed now, they can become a legacy for future generations. Abuses in issuing licenses involve both organized crime groups and officials. If you received a license, develop the deposit and pay taxes; otherwise, we will take the license back and not allow it to be resold," he summarized.
