Serious violations were identified in the operations of the LLC "Kemin Resource Group," where the general director is a citizen of the People's Republic of China named T.D.
As a result of an inspection conducted by employees of the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Forest Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the following issues were identified at the Dolpran site:
- land destruction over an area of 14,398.6 square meters;
- deviations from the technical project;
- violations of the terms of the license agreement;
- provision of false information to the resource commission;
- systematic violations of the Law "On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities" and safety regulations during the open-pit mining process.
The expert conclusion indicates that the activities of this site have caused significant environmental damage.
According to information, the general director of the gold mining company has been placed in the pre-trial detention center of the State National Security Committee based on a decision by the Oktyabrsky District Court of Bishkek.
