The results of the inspection revealed numerous environmental violations.
Destruction of land plots with a total area of 14,398.6 sq. m was identified, discrepancies with the technical project, deterioration of land conditions, non-fulfillment of the terms of the licensing agreement, provision of false information to the commission on reserves, as well as violations of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Subsoil" and the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities".The expertise confirmed that the company's activities caused significant harm to the environment.
As a result of investigative actions, on November 20, the general director of this gold mining enterprise, a citizen of China named T. D., was detained, and according to the decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Bishkek, he has been placed in the GKNB pre-trial detention center, as reported.
