A video appeal from residents of the 10th microdistrict of Bishkek has been received by the Ministry of Construction.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Construction, the city department of the State Architectural and Construction Control in Bishkek promptly responded to the local residents' signal about safety violations at a construction site and initiated an inspection. As a result of the inspection, it was found that the construction of a four-story shopping center did not comply with labor protection and safety regulations.

As a result of the inspection, an administrative order was issued to the construction company "Glav Tech Invest," and a fine of 200,000 soms was imposed. The site foreman was also fined 5,500 soms. The construction company received a written warning, and work at the site has been temporarily suspended until the violations are rectified.
Additionally, the issue of a possible suspension of the construction company's license will be discussed at a meeting of a specially created commission.
The Ministry reminds representatives of construction organizations of the necessity to strictly adhere to the norms of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Architecture and Urban Planning," as well as safety regulations at construction sites. In case of violations, appropriate measures will be taken.
