The agency clarified that a video recording containing information about violations of labor conditions and safety regulations was received on December 9. Inspectors promptly conducted an inspection, during which they confirmed non-compliance with standards at the site where a four-story shopping center is being built.
The contracting organization "Glav Tech Invest" was fined 200,000 soms, and the foreman received a fine of 5,500 soms. The contractor was also issued a written warning. Work at the site has been temporarily halted until all identified violations are fully rectified.
The issue of suspending the company's license will be considered at a meeting of a special commission.
The Ministry of Construction emphasized that developers must strictly adhere to the requirements of the law "On Urban Planning and Architecture" and safety regulations, otherwise they face serious sanctions.
