During the inspection, it was established that this company did not comply with the requirements concerning water protection zones.
Based on Article 149 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Violations," the company was fined 100,000 soms, as well as 17,000 soms under Article 247. In addition, the company was issued a directive to vacate the water protection zone of the "Zhekelik" canal, with a one-month deadline set for compliance with this requirement.
However, a follow-up inspection regarding the execution of the directive showed that the requirements had not been met. As a result, "MPA Firm" was subjected to an additional fine of 13,000 soms under Article 434 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Violations" for failing to comply with the directives of the authorized body.
